Or More Rockin' Chicken as Troy has renamed it. Very delicious and all the boys liked it. Ian had to eat it with ketchup which was weird but if it means he's happy that's okay with me. Can't wait for some other reviews- or at least one from Fran :)
Great. I'm glad you guys liked it. I had to laugh about Ian's ketchup! Well, we tried out your White Bean/Chicken chili! And we all really loved it. We had it with some sour cream, tortilla chips and cheddar on top. I think I would have added some fresh chopped avocado and tomatoes on top if we would have had them, as well as the green onions, but it was tasty as is, even without any toppings! We'll definitely make it again. Oh, and I added cilantro. I don't think the recipe called for it, but it's just what I add to anything somewhat Mexican. ;)
